Online Cooking Class | Big Game, Big Flavour: Plant-Based Recipes for Super Bowl Sunday

Whether you’re looking for a couple of healthier recipes for the Super Bowl or you’re on the hunt for nutritious appetizers for a cozy winter party, I have you covered.

In this class, we’ll make Pulled Jackfruit with Black Beans and Buffalo Cauliflower Wings with Dairy-Free Ranch Dressing. Pulled jackfruit—which is a vegan version of pulled pork—will be combined with black beans and a well-seasoned, sweet-and-savory tomato-based sauce. It can be used for mini sliders, sandwiches, or even served as part of a nacho platter. No matter how you serve it, it’s going to be a touchdown!

We’ll also make cauliflower wings that are baked (not fried) to create a delicious and nutrient dense version of the cauli wings you’d find at your favourite pub. The combination of spicy cauliflower with the tangy cashew dressing has made this one of my most requested dishes to bring to parties.

The recipes are vegan, gluten-free, nutritious, delicious, and loaded with plants!
