Winter 2025 - Virtual Cooking Classes
Level up your cooking skills this winter by joining me for a couple plant-based cooking classes!
No matter where you live you can join me in real time and we can cook together (or you can just observe) from our respective kitchens! Prior to the class you’ll receive the recipes, grocery list and details on how to login to the online class. In the live class you can ask questions and learn new cooking skills while you're watching.
The live classes take place Sunday, January 19 at 4:00 pm ET and Sunday, February 9 at 4:00 pm ET. The classes are approximately 1.5 hours from start to finish. The classes are recorded and you’ll receive the recording following class. The class menus are listed below.
The 2 class bundle is currently on special for $45. If you’d prefer to drop-in for specific classes the cost is $25 per class. You can select the class(es) you’d like to register for in the drop-down menu below.
Classes are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to someone else.

Sunday, January 19 @ 4:00 pm ET: The Great Green Lunch: Meal Prep For the Whole Family. Join me to make kid- and adult-approved recipes like hemp pesto, steamed edamame, veggie and rice teriyaki bowls, and my favourite one-bowl “green monster” chocolate chip cookies that are nutritious, delicious, and plant-packed. Perfect for busy families or busy professionals, this class will teach you how to prep meals everyone will love! The recipes are vegan and can easily be modified to be gluten-free.
Sunday, February 9 @ 4:00 pm ET: Big Game, Big Flavour: Plant-Based Recipes For Super Bowl Sunday. In this class, let’s whip up crowd-pleasing recipes including Pulled Jackfruit with Black Beans and Buffalo Cauliflower Wings with Dairy-Free Ranch Dressing. These vegan, gluten-free, and flavourful dishes will make your game day a winner!
Please note: all recipes are vegan, have gluten free options and, for the most part, can be modified to be allergy friendly. I will provide a wide variety of swaps and suggestions if you don’t have the exact ingredients for the recipe.
