Collaborating with Ottawa’s sourdough superstar, Elle Crevits, this workshop will include a three course plant-based meal along with everything you need to know about sourdough bread making including your own starter and a dough prepared in class to take home and bake.
I will be serving up a delicious plant-based meal including: Mediterranean style meze including dips, veggies & sourdough crisps; lentil curry stew and fresh sourdough; and we’ll end the night with sourdough cinnamon buns for dessert. Elle will be taking care of everything sourdough related. We can’t wait to meet fellow sourdough lovers in Ottawa!
