Kombucha has become a popular drink for its unique taste and health benefits. Join me for a fun and informative workshop on this effervescent probiotic drink. I will teach you how to make your own kombucha and send you home with a starter (also known as a "mother" or "scoby"). Please bring your own jar (~ 1 L).

We'll also try samples from local kombucha maker, Culture Kombucha, during the class.
