In this hands-on class, you’ll create Roasted Whole Cauliflower topped with tangy Tahini Dressing, spicy Parsley Sauce & Pomegranate Seeds; delicious Risotto topped with seared King Oyster Mushroom Scallops; and for dessert, refreshing Strawberry Basil Granita (Italian-style flavoured ice). All recipes are vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free.
