Join me for an informative and tasty sauerkraut workshop. You’ll learn how easy it is to prepare and ferment sauerkraut. Plus I'll talk about the history, health benefits, and many ways you can incorporate this classic German cabbage condiment into your cooking. During the class, I will also demonstrate how to prepare a seasonal leafy green salad with a maple 'kraut vinaigrette and twice-baked potatoes topped with chipotle tahini dressing and sauerkraut.
