Join me for a nutritious spin on classic Southern dishes. You’ll begin the evening with a tasting of delicious, yet good-for-you, barbecue cauliflower wings with a dairy-free ranch-style dipping sauce. I'll also prepare a roasted red pepper and cashew mac n’ cheese with a side of kohlrabi & cabbage slaw. For dessert, I will prepare a decadent (yet deceivingly healthy) raw pecan pie.
