Join me for an evening of Mexican-inspired foods with a healthy twist. The the feast of flavours will start off with a seasonal leafy green salad with cilantro lime dressing & pepitas. I will then demonstrate how to make butternut squash & bean enchiladas with avocado cashew cream. For dessert, you’ll enjoy chili chocolate truffles.
