Brunch can be much more than bacon and eggs. Whether or not you follow a plant-based diet, you’ll be pleasantly surprised by Chef Amy Longard’s simple, satisfying alternatives to traditional brunch items. In this hands-on class, you’ll make and eat Chickpea Flour “Omelets”; Carrot “Lox” on Cream Cheese Bagels; Hash Browns; and Tex-Mex Breakfast Burritos. All recipes are vegan. Gluten-free options are available for the majority of the recipes.
